Adorable Abodes offers small living units in a variety of sizes and styles. While we do 8ft wide units upon request, the standard size is 10ft wide, with length of 20-24ft. We build higher than usual pitched roofs, which create a useful 2nd storey. The application of yet another unusual feature, the turret, opens up an unlimited variety of styles and sizes. All units are built to order, but there are a few spec units on the property. We believe in details, curved and arched inside features, including curved ceilings, called “barrel ceilings”. The interior is lined with either cedar or pine – no drywall will be used. Window are high quality, well insulated wood – no plastic. As much as can be reasonably achieved, plastics will be avoided throughout. No plastic siding, rather cedar or pine, shingles or sheets. Water is available onsite by rainwater catch system. Power will be available by solar, designed according to the buyers’ preferences. All available space is designed to for best use. These unique abodes will not to be found anywhere else.
