Modules to be transported and set-up on your land
Alternatively, on our land, a proposed small village in progress to be set-up in nature surrounding 50 acres in Northumberland County, just north of Brighton. We are awaiting approval within 2020.
Exceptional craftsmanship with frills and fancy trim boards. The turrets are the hallmark of Adorable Abodes.
Each module is 10ft wide and 8ft long. They can be put together in multiple variations, i.e. 2 or 3 or 4 in a row, or L-shaped and many more variations are possible. See our drawings.

All roofs are unusually steep to create a usable second story with full headroom at minimal cost. They are also produced as modules.
All Abodes are exceptionally well built, using SIPS wall and floor systems with excellent insulation values.
The abodes can be built totally self sufficient and off-grid using the 3 key elements of supply: Rainwater catch system collected in-ground cisterns, use of grey water disposal, composting toilets and the application of solar systems for power.

Prices start at $68,000, model “Speedwell”, 368sqft, which meets the minimum allowable size by the OBC, Ontario Building Code. (Local codes may vary).
